Marino Roosen has been a lawyer and member of the Brussels Bar since 2001.
Since 2010, he is tenured, as invited professor, of the “Insurance Law” course at the Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (EPHEC), as part of the baccalaureat in accountancy.
He has a degree in law from the KU Leuven University (2000).
He also has a diploma for specialized studies in European Law from the Université libre de Bruxelles (2001) and a Master’s degree in corporate law from the Katholieke Universiteit of Brussels (2004).
Marino Roosen’s activities are concentrated in the field of business law, with particular respect to trade practices, intellectual property, the law on commercial leases, competition law, corporate law and real estate law.
His professional legal activities, inter alia, include the drafting of contracts, counsel and management of litigation in the abovementioned branches of law.
Having a perfect knownledge of French, Dutch and English, Marino Roosen works fluently in these three languages.
