Olivier de Theux

Olivier de Theux holds a law degree from UCL (distinction-2002) and is a member of the Brussels Bar since January 2003.

In 2011, he co-founded the law firm Sybarius, where he has been a partner ever since.

Olivier de Theux makes a point of being particularly available and responsive in dealing with the cases entrusted to him by his clients, and of advising them in a useful, pragmatic, rigorous and transparent way.

He assists and defends his clients mainly in real estate law and commercial law in the broadest sense, as well as in road safety regulation.

In real estate law, he combines legal and technical skills, having successfully completed a specialisation as a real estate expert (EFPME-2007/2008).
