Audrey Surny

Audrey Surny obtained her Bachelor degree in law from the University of Namur (FUNDP Namur), and her Master degree in law from the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve in 2013, both with distinction.

She is a member of the French-speaking Brussels Bar since 2013 and joined the law firm in February 2018.

She is partner since December 2021.

Her practice focuses essentially on civil and commercial law, with a particular appeal for real estate law, which she has been practising on a daily basis for several years.

In fact she is frequently consulted on :

  • construction law disputes (a branch of law she cherishes);
  • disputes relating to the sale/purchase of a property;
  • residential, commercial or office lease;
  • co-ownership (general meetings, managing agents, charges, works, neighbourhood disturbances, etc.)
  • property investment advice (from A to Z);
  • estate agents’ liability ;
  • liability of architects and building contractors.
  • She is also fluently bilingual and deals with cases in both French and Dutch.
  • Margaux De Leenheer assists her with the management of her cases since 1 June 2023.
