Estelle Deswysen holds a Bachelor degree in law from the Université de Namur obtained in 2018 (with distinction) and a Master degree in law from the Université catholique de Louvain in corporate law obtained in 2020 (with distinction). She also completed an Erasmus programme in Dublin at Trinity College.
In 2021, she completed a specialized Master degree in information and communication technology law at the University of Namur (with distinction), where she took part in a mock trial competition, the Digital Law Moot Court Competition, organised by the University of Paris Sud.
She is a member of the French-speaking Bar in Brussels since 2021.
She works with Pascal Leduc and Nicolas Berthold. Her main areas of practice are intellectual property law, information and communication technology (ICT) law, privacy and personal data protection law and economic law (including company law).
Estelle Deswysen holds a Certificate in Data Protection since 2022, and is DPO (Data Protection Officer).
She speaks French and English and has a good knowledge of Dutch.
