Pamela Ayik

Pamela holds a Bachelor degree in law from the Université Saint-Louis de Bruxelles (2018) and a Master degree in law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, with an economic and social focus (2020).

She then specialiszed at the same university, where she obtained an additional Master degree in employment law (2021). Her final thesis was devoted to an analysis of the legal issues involved in the industrial dispute at AB Inbev in September 2020, and focused more specifically on the way in which worker’s rights to welfare was applied in the specific context of the Covid-19 crisis.

Pamela was admitted to the Brussels Bar in June 2021 and began her career with a generalist law firm. She joined the Sybarius team in November 2022 to work alongside Audrey DESPONTIN and Pascal LEDUC.

Her practice focuses on civil and commercial law, with a particular emphasis on banking and employment law.
