Martin Jaspar

Martin Jaspar holds a law degree from the Université Catholique de Louvain and a diploma in public law and administrative law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. He is member of the Brussels Bar since 1999.

After working as an associate at the law firm UYTTENDAELE and DLM, two associations specialising in public and administrative law, he deals with administrative law cases since 2004, as well as contentious disputes of the City of Brussels before the courts in relation to municipal taxes.

Martin Jaspar handles litigation in French and Dutch, before the Courts of first instance and the Cour de cassation. His main areas of practice are administrative law, constitutional law, town planning law and local tax litigation, for both public authorities and private individuals.

Since 2006, he holds a diploma in public property law and environmental law (Facultés universitaires Saint-Louis).
