Pascal Leduc graduated in law at the Université Catholique de Louvain and obtained an Advanced master’s degree in ICT law at the University of Namur (FUNDP Namur). He is a lawyer at the Brussels bar since 1998.
He has joined the office in 2015.
He is the author of several contributions on privacy law, on the procedural aspects of copyright law, on the protection of architectural works and on copyright related tax law.
Former editor of the website Socialweb, he is also a professor at the I.A.D., where he teaches copyright and social law (labour law and status of artists).
Pascal Leduc assists startups in the drawing of their contractual documents (general terms and conditions of sale and distribution contracts) and in the protection of their intellectual property. He is regularly consulted in important disputes concerning matters of counterfeiting or unfair competition.
Holder of a certificate in Data Protection since 2018, Pascal Leduc is the external DPO (Data Protection Officer) for several Belgian and international groups. |
