Pascal Leduc holds a law degree from UCLouvain and an LLM in information and communication technology law from the University of Namur. He is a member of the Brussels Bar since 1998.
He is a professor at the IAD, where he teaches copyright and social law (employment law and the status of artists).
Pascal Leduc assists start-ups in drafting their contractual documents (general terms and conditions of sale and distribution contracts) and in protecting their intellectual assets.
He is regularly consulted on major disputes involving counterfeiting or unfair competition.
Pascal Leduc holds a Certificate in Data Protection since 2018, and acts as external DPO (Data Protection Officer) for several Belgian and international groups.
In 2021, he was accredited by the Brussels Bar Association as a third-party decision-maker in copyright law, data protection (GDPR) and employment law.
